Business Capabilities
Every other section of this catalog answers what APIs exist. This one answers what a business does, and which of those APIs can do it — the one place providers, APIs, tags and Arazzo workflows are joined by what they accomplish rather than by who publishes them.
Reach means a provider publishes an API surface that can perform some part of a capability. It is not a claim that any organisation has deployed it.
Empty is not the same as unserved. The sweeps so far ran against a candidate frame of Cross-Industry, Software & Technology and Banking & Capital Markets. Capabilities belonging to other industries have not been assessed — they could not be reached by construction, and their pages say so. Only a capability that was in the candidate set and still went unmatched tells you anything about the market.
Changes: Consolidated from 333 per-L1 YAML files into one JSON; English only (upstream i18n/ omitted); descriptions whitespace-normalised. No capability was added, removed, renamed or re-parented.
Every edge is produced by a classifier and checked against a published gold set — 39 hand-labelled items, half of them deliberate traps, with the full calibration table. The labels are contestable on purpose.
