Regulatory Posture applies to this provider. Its tags matched the Securities & Market Data regime, so Regulatory Posture carries 15 points of the composite. If this regime is wrong for your business, say so on your provider repo — the applicability map is public and we will correct it.
The six quality facets above are damped to 85 points between them, because the conditional facet above carries the other 15. That is why each facet's contribution is shown against a damped maximum: raising a quality facet moves the composite by 85% of its nominal weight, not 100%. The full arithmetic is at apis.io/rating/.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. This rating is computed from github.com/api-evangelist/reflexivity: open an issue to ask a question, or submit a pull request to add artifacts. Want it done for you? Prioritized profiling — $2,500 →

description: Reflexivity's institutional REST API. Documented by the company as "JSON REST based services" whose requests
are authenticated with an OAuth 2.0 Bearer token obtained from the Reflexivity OAuth service using an account id and secret
issued by the Reflexivity back office. The production host api.reflexivity.com answers authenticated routes (an unauthenticated
GET to /alfred/v1 returns 401 behind a bearer gateway); the API reference itself is password-protected, so no public OpenAPI,
operation list or rate-limit table could be captured.

detail: Reflexivity markets a RESTful API and its own docs say the endpoints are "detailed in the OpenAPI specifications
within the service documentation", but that documentation host (api-docs.tgl.ai) 301s to docs.reflexivity.com and returns
a Theneo "no-project-found?reason=PASSWORD_PROTECTED" interstitial, while the spec paths under the live API host answer
401 rather than 404 — the contract exists and is served, only never anonymously.
