Arcadia does not publish specific numeric rate limits in its public documentation. The API uses OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens that expire after one hour and must be refreshed by calling the token endpoint. The platform recommends webhook-based integrations in production to avoid polling overhead. Specific rate limit thresholds are defined in enterprise agreements and communicated through the developer dashboard. Data collection latency can range from a few minutes to several hours depending on the utility provider.
