Truveta

Truveta is a health-system-led data and analytics company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, jointly owned by 30 US health systems. It aggregates daily-updated, de-identified electronic health record data covering more than 120 million US patients, links it with claims, mortality and genomic data, and delivers it as regulatory-grade real-world evidence through Truveta Data and Truveta Studio, a HIPAA-compliant analytics workspace combining serverless SQL with Jupyter notebooks in R and Python. The Truveta Language Model normalizes unstructured clinical text into research-ready concepts, and the Truveta Genome Project links de-identified genetic data to the same longitudinal records. Truveta publishes no public API, developer portal or machine-readable specification: Truveta Studio is reachable only through an authenticated customer tenant at studio.truveta.com.

Truveta is profiled on the APIs.io network. Tagged areas include Company, Healthcare, Health Data, Electronic Health Records, and Real World Evidence.

Truveta’s developer surface includes engineering blog, support, authentication, CLI, and 12 more developer resources.

Regulatory Posture applies to this provider. Its tags matched the Health regime, so Regulatory Posture carries 15 points of the composite. If this regime is wrong for your business, say so on your provider repo — the applicability map is public and we will correct it.
The six quality facets above are damped to 85 points between them, because the conditional facet above carries the other 15. That is why each facet's contribution is shown against a damped maximum: raising a quality facet moves the composite by 85% of its nominal weight, not 100%. The full arithmetic is at apis.io/rating/.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. This rating is computed from github.com/api-evangelist/truveta: open an issue to ask a question, or submit a pull request to add artifacts. Want it done for you? Prioritized profiling — $2,500 →

detail: Truveta ships no developer surface at all — developer.truveta.com and docs.truveta.com do not resolve, and the only
product entry point, studio.truveta.com, 302s straight into an Auth0 universal login at login.truveta.com, so the API
reference (if one exists) requires a signed health-system or life-science subscription to reach.

x-notes: developer./docs. return status 0 = DNS NXDOMAIN, not an HTTP error. api.truveta.com is a live Kong API gateway
    — every spec path returns Kong's "no Route matched with those values" 404, identical to a nonsense control path, so the
API tier exists but publishes no anonymous route. Separately, api.truveta.com answers /.well-known/* with a 200 Studio
SPA HTML shell; those 200s are soft-404s and were rejected as evidence. See well-known/truveta-well-known.yml.
