scored 2026-09-06 · rubric v0.19.0
Regulatory Posture applies to this provider. Its tags matched the Securities & Market Data regime, so Regulatory Posture carries 15 points of the composite. If this regime is wrong for your business, say so on your provider repo — the applicability map is public and we will correct it.
The six quality facets above are damped to 85 points between them, because the conditional facet above carries the other 15. That is why each facet's contribution is shown against a damped maximum: raising a quality facet moves the composite by 85% of its nominal weight, not 100%. The full arithmetic is at apis.io/rating/.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. Every facet and dimension name above is a link: it opens that measurement's own page — what it means, the exact checks that feed it, how the whole catalog distributes on it, and the providers at the top of it. This rating is computed from github.com/api-evangelist/bykaranteli: open an issue to ask a question, or submit a pull request to add artifacts. note: genuine 404. Provider self-reported it and declined credit for it.
root_cause: The MCPServer registration was NOT missing from the original profile. Commit d00650f registered it, along with
an Overlay pointer. refine-openapis rewrote apis.yml on 2026-08-09 at 20:31 — renaming the API, adding the aid, repointing
OpenAPI at the refined per-tag split — and dropped both `MCPServer` and `Overlay` from properties[] in the process, orphaning
overlays/bykaranteli-x402-overlay.yaml on disk. Both are restored here, and MCPServer is promoted to common[] where the
scorer actually reads it. See the roadmap issue on refine-openapis property loss.
not_credited: APICatalog stays on the API `properties[]` and is deliberately NOT promoted to `common[]`. The agent-readiness
`well_known_catalog` dimension reads APICatalog from `common[]` and is defined as an RFC 9727 /.well-known/api-catalog
linkset. ByKaranteli publishes a self-describing manifest at its own path, which is not that, and /.well-known/api-catalog
returns a verified 404. Promoting it would manufacture credit the provider has not earned. well_known_catalog correctly
    stays false.
