Deployco (the OpenAI Deployment Company, DeployCo) is a ~$10B enterprise-AI joint venture launched by OpenAI in May 2026 to help organizations put frontier AI into production. It is an engineering-heavy consulting and deployment business: Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Specialists embed in client companies to connect OpenAI models to their data, tools, controls, and core workflows (RAG, fine-tuning/distillation, infrastructure, and safety/compliance). It is backed by a founding-investor group including Emergence Capital. DeployCo is a services/consulting entity and does not currently publish a public API, developer portal, OpenAPI spec, or SDKs of its own; any API surface it uses is the OpenAI platform.
