Spectora

Spectora is home inspection software used by more than 10,000 inspectors to build inspection reports, schedule jobs, manage clients and agents, run a website, take payments, and automate follow-up. Spectora does NOT publish a public, self-serve developer REST API and there is no developer portal, API reference, or API keys for third-party programmatic access as of this writing. Integration with outside systems is instead delivered three ways: (1) a Zapier integration (requires the paid Spectora Advanced add-on) that fires triggers when agent or client contacts are created or updated; (2) outbound webhooks configured through Advanced Actions that POST event data to a URL you supply (e.g. Zapier, Make, or your own endpoint); and (3) a fixed set of named, vendor-built partner integrations (QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Mailchimp, HomeBinder, RecallChek, Repair Pricer, Blipp Reviews, InterNACHI BuyBack, and call-center partners). All of these are configuration-time connectors and one-way (outbound) event flows rather than a documented request/response API you can call.

Spectora is profiled on the APIs.io network. Tagged areas include Home Inspection, Inspection Reports, Field Services, Real-Estate, and Scheduling.

Spectora’s developer surface includes documentation and 6 more developer resources.

scored 2026-09-08 · rubric v0.20.0
Create-or-Update Ergonomics could not be measured. We hold no machine-readable contract for this provider to read, so there is nothing to measure a write surface against. Excluded rather than scored zero: never-measured and measured-empty are different facts. Publishing an OpenAPI is what makes this facet — and several others — scorable at all.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. Every facet and dimension name above is a link: it opens that measurement's own page — what it means, the exact checks that feed it, how the whole catalog distributes on it, and the providers at the top of it. This rating is computed from github.com/api-evangelist/spectora: open an issue to ask a question, or submit a pull request to add artifacts.
