Hark
Hark is an artificial intelligence lab founded in 2025 by Brett Adcock (founder of Figure AI and Archer Aviation) and headquartered in San Jose, California, building what it calls "the most advanced personal intelligence in the world" — proprietary agentic, multimodal foundation models paired with purpose-built, AI-native consumer hardware intended to act as a universal interface between a person and their digital life, with speech, text, vision and persistent personal memory. The company emerged from roughly eight months of stealth in March 2026 and announced a Series A of more than $700 million at a $6 billion post-money valuation in May 2026, led by Parkway Venture Capital with participation from NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, ARK Invest, Brookfield, Greycroft, Align Ventures, Prime Movers Lab and Tamarack Global. As of August 2026 Hark is pre-product: the platform is in closed beta behind a request-access form, and the company publishes no developer portal, no developer documentation, no public API, no SDKs and no machine-readable contract of any kind on its own hosts. hark.com is a four-page marketing site (home, careers, privacy policy, and a single announcement article).
