Fnality International

Fnality International is a London-headquartered financial market infrastructure company that builds and operates distributed-ledger wholesale payment systems settling in tokenised central bank money. Backed by a consortium of 24 global financial institutions — including Banco Santander, BNY, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs, State Street and UBS — Fnality launched the Sterling Fnality Payment System (£FnPS) in 2024 as the first regulated DLT-based payment system supervised by the Bank of England, with US Dollar and Euro payment systems in development. The systems run on private Ethereum networks, giving participant banks 24/7 availability, real-time atomic and PvP settlement, programmable money and T+0 cross-border liquidity movement. Fnality Services is the operational and product-delivery arm that licenses software to participants and runs inter-system arrangements. Technical documentation for participants is hosted in a credential-gated Archbee space at docs.fnality.com; Fnality publishes no public developer portal, API reference or machine-readable specification.

Fnality International is profiled on the APIs.io network. Tagged areas include Company, Payments, Financial Services, Settlement, and Wholesale Banking.

Regulatory Posture applies to this provider. Its tags matched the Payments regime, so Regulatory Posture carries 15 points of the composite. If this regime is wrong for your business, say so on your provider repo — the applicability map is public and we will correct it.
The six quality facets above are damped to 85 points between them, because the conditional facet above carries the other 15. That is why each facet's contribution is shown against a damped maximum: raising a quality facet moves the composite by 85% of its nominal weight, not 100%. The full arithmetic is at apis.io/rating/.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. detail: Fnality's only technical documentation lives in an Archbee space at docs.fnality.com that answers HTTP 200 with
a "Get a magic link to access space with your account — this is a password or guest account protected space" login shell
instead of content, and every other candidate API host (api., developer., portal.fnality.com) returns NXDOMAIN, so the
participant integration contract is reachable only by admitted institutions.
