Backed by Battery Ventures alongside BancBoston Ventures, HarbourVest Partners, Shasta Ventures, and Ventures West Capital, the company was acquired by US core-banking vendor Open Solutions in May 2007; Open Solutions was itself acquired by Fiserv in 2013.
