Arden
Arden (Arden AI, Inc.) is an AI-native platform for internal audit and SOX compliance teams, backed by Y Combinator and based in San Francisco. Arden builds AI agents that automatically pull evidence from a company's stack, run end-to-end SOX ITGC and business-process control (BPC) testing, follow up with control owners, and produce reviewer-ready workpapers that external auditors will accept - work that historically ran on spreadsheets and screenshots over weeks. The platform advertises read-only access by default with approval gates before any system writes, integrations across 20+ enterprise systems (Workday, Okta, NetSuite, and others), full-population or sample-based control testing with exception flagging, and full traceability from each conclusion back to the source evidence. Arden targets regulated, compliance-critical institutions performing automated SOX 404(a) testing. Arden does not currently publish a public developer API, OpenAPI definition, SDKs, or developer documentation; this profile is maintained as an API Evangelist network lead and will be enriched further as a public API surface emerges.
Arden is profiled on the APIs.io network. Tagged areas include Company, Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, Audit Automation, and GRC.
Arden’s developer surface includes engineering blog and 7 more developer resources.
