LiveIntent Programmatic Bidding API

LiveIntent's exchange-side real-time bidding integration for demand-side platforms. It implements a subset of the IAB OpenRTB API Specification 2.5 together with OpenRTB Native Ads 1.1 and 1.2, passing x-openrtb-version 2.5 on the request header and applying an implicit tmax of 150ms. Supported request objects include Bid Request, Impression, Banner, Site, App, Device, User, Publisher, Geo, Data, Segment, PMP, Deal and Native Markup Request; responses use BidResponse, SeatBid, Bid and Native Markup Response. A no-bid is signalled with HTTP 204 and an empty body.
