The company produced launch vehicles, satellites, missiles, ammunition, precision-guided munitions, rocket motors, and the Cygnus spacecraft for ISS resupply before being acquired by Northrop Grumman on June 6, 2018 and rebranded as Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems.
