CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies)

Founded in Brussels in 1983, the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) is a leading independent think tank and forum for debate on EU affairs, with strong in-house research capacity and an extensive network of partner institutes. CEPS conducts evidence-based policy research on European and global issues (Data Governance Act, Data Act, AI Act, climate, energy, migration, trade, defence, financial markets) and disseminates it through publications, events, task forces and podcasts rather than through any programmatic interface. CEPS publishes no API, SDK or developer program, and as of 2026-09-05 has no working machine-readable surface: the RSS feed this record once pointed at returns HTTP 500 ("No feed available") and is robots-disallowed, and no OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL SDL, MCP server, A2A agent card or /.well-known/ document exists on any ceps.eu host. Following CEPS now means the newsletter or the HTML listings on ceps.eu.

CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies) publishes 2 APIs on the APIs.io network. Tagged areas include Brussels, Data Governance, EU Policy, European Union, and Policy Research.

CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies)’s developer surface includes product news, engineering blog, support, and 11 more developer resources.

scored 2026-09-08 · rubric v0.20.0
Regulatory Posture applies to this provider. Its tags matched the Insurance regime, so Regulatory Posture carries 15 points of the composite. If this regime is wrong for your business, say so on your provider repo — the applicability map is public and we will correct it.
Create-or-Update Ergonomics could not be measured. We hold no machine-readable contract for this provider to read, so there is nothing to measure a write surface against. Excluded rather than scored zero: never-measured and measured-empty are different facts. Publishing an OpenAPI is what makes this facet — and several others — scorable at all.
The six quality facets above are damped to 85 points between them, because the conditional facet above carries the other 15. That is why each facet's contribution is shown against a damped maximum: raising a quality facet moves the composite by 85% of its nominal weight, not 100%. The full arithmetic is at apis.io/rating/.
Improve this rating by publishing the missing artifacts — every area above can be raised, and the full rubric is at apis.io/rating/. Every facet and dimension name above is a link: it opens that measurement's own page — what it means, the exact checks that feed it, how the whole catalog distributes on it, and the providers at the top of it. This rating is computed from github.com/api-evangelist/ceps: open an issue to ask a question, or submit a pull request to add artifacts. description: CEPS publishes roughly 150 working papers, policy insights, reports and commentaries a year across some 20
policy topics, listed on the public publications page and filterable by topic. This entry was originally recorded because
CEPS syndicated that stream as RSS/Atom, but the feed at https://www.ceps.eu/feed/ was probed on 2026-09-05 and returns
HTTP 500 with the WordPress body "No feed available, please visit the homepage!"; robots.txt additionally disallows /feed/
and /*/feed/. The dead RSS and Feed pointers have been removed rather than left standing as a claim CEPS no longer serves.
What remains is an HTML listing with no machine-readable contract; see lifecycle/ceps-lifecycle.yml for the retirement
record and the evidence behind it.
