Kaiser Permanente provides a patient access FHIR API supporting the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule. Authenticated members and their authorized third-party applications can retrieve clinical and claims data (encounters, conditions, medications, observations, allergies, coverage) through standards-based FHIR resources.
