ScholarlyCommons at Penn — DSpace REST API

DSpace 7.6 HAL+JSON REST API on Penn's own host. The API root returned HTTP 200 advertising dspaceName "ScholarlyCommons at Penn" and the full DSpace link relation set; content endpoints require authentication (/server/api/core/items returned 401). Recorded as institution because Penn operates the deployment and the records, with the explicit caveat that the CONTRACT SHAPE IS UPSTREAM DSPACE'S, shared by every DSpace 7 installation — so no OpenAPI is derived for it and no contract-quality credit should attach to Penn for it.
