None could be exercised during this review: drum.lib.umd.edu returned 503 with a "Maintenance" page and every api.drum path returned a plain 404. The entry is retained because the repository is genuinely institution-operated and its interfaces are documented on the Libraries' own Open Data site; no conformance is claimed for it.
