Two Keio units are Crossref members in their own right: member 1082, "Keio Journal of Medicine", DOI prefix 10.2302, with 1,743 DOIs (54 current, 1,689 backfile) reaching back to 1952; and member 1443, "Department of Anatomy Keio University School of Medicine", DOI prefix 10.2535. The memberships are recorded as they are actually registered — at unit level rather than as a single corporate membership — because that is the fact. Crossref's own API is the registry's, not Keio's, and is never saved here.
