Cisco Serial Number to Information API

The Serial Number to Information (SN2INFO) API translates Cisco device serial numbers and instance numbers into entitlement facts: coverage status, coverage summary with contract and warranty dates, orderable product identifier, and whether the requesting user is the covered owner. It is the entitlement lookup behind most Smart Net Total Care reconciliation work, and the first call in almost every Cisco support automation.
