OpenADR (Open Automated Demand Response)
OpenADR is the open standard for automated demand response — the signals a grid operator or utility sends to shift, shed or shape electricity load at the customer’s premises. Version 2.0 is standardised as IEC/PAS 62746-10-1 and uses an XML message set over HTTP; version 3.0 and later are defined in OpenAPI, which makes the standard directly consumable by conventional tooling for the first time.
Also known as Open Automated Demand Response, IEC/PAS 62746-10-1, OpenADR 2.0b, OpenADR 3.0.
Providers that carry OpenADR 6
These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry OpenADR as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.
Read from the API Evangelist standards directory, facts verified 2026-08-17. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
