Kapital publishes no API plans, because it publishes no API. What it does publish at /recursos/costos-y-comisiones (HTTP 200, observed 2026-08-23) is the CNBV-mandated banking fee schedule for its deposit, card, credit and FX products - account maintenance, transfer, cheque and card fees - not developer tiers, quotas, overages or rate ceilings. Investment yields are published separately at /recursos/nuestras-tasas. plan_count is a true zero for the API-plan sense of the field and must not be read as "not checked".
