Zendesk Talk API
The Zendesk Talk API is the reference API for managing Zendesk voice capabilities. It provides endpoints for managing phone numbers, digital lines, greetings, greeting categories, IVRs, IVR routes and menus, call recordings, agent availabilities, voice settings, call stats, current queue activity, and incremental call exports. It is part of the Zendesk v2 API and uses the same authentication and pagination conventions.
