Zendesk Talk Greetings API

The Zendesk Talk Greetings API lets you manage the greetings used in your Zendesk voice account. Zendesk provides default greetings, but you can replace them with custom greetings by uploading mp3 or wav files. Greetings are assigned to greeting categories and used in IVR menus and call routing flows.
