Vanquis Bank's OpenID / OBIE Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) endpoint, documented on the Vanquis developer portal, allowing onboarded Third Party Providers to register OAuth clients programmatically using OBIE/eIDAS certificates as part of the Open Banking Directory enrolment flow.
