The June 2026 profile recorded this as an institution-operated EPrints endpoint at /cgi/oai2 and reported it bot-blocked; that path is the stale pre-migration one and still returns HTTP 403 behind a Cloudflare challenge. The working endpoint was one path away and the operator was wrong.
