UC Davis Health Systems Integration offers Epic (EHR), HL7 FHIR and custom SOAP/REST APIs, authenticated with API keys, OAuth2 or Epic Interconnect and fronted by InterSystems API Manager. There is no self-service portal and no published contract on this page: onboarding runs through sysintpool@health.ucdavis.edu or an internal ServiceNow request. The callable FHIR surface behind it is catalogued separately as uc-davis:health-fhir-r4.
