  operations) at /arcgis/services/<service>/MapServer?wsdl, saved verbatim here — Rayonier publishes no
  OpenAPI, and the OGC WMS/WFS extensions are not enabled (400). Nine services advertise editing capabilities;
  no write was attempted and none should be.'
