EPFL Graph Search

EPFL Graph Search is an EPFL-built knowledge-graph search over EPFL concepts, people, units and publications. It has a live HTTP API router — every /api/* path returns a JSON {"message":"Route not found ..."} rather than an HTML page — but EPFL publishes no route documentation, no schema and no OpenAPI, and the site itself sits behind a Cloudflare bot challenge that returns 403 to a browser User-Agent. Recorded as a real institution-operated surface with NO usable public contract; no OpenAPI is derived for it because there is nothing verifiable to derive one from.
