Citi Accounts and Transactions API

The Citi Accounts and Transactions API provides authorized third-party access to retail customer accounts, current and available balances, and transaction histories, enabling account-aggregation and personal financial management use cases. It is part of the Citi Developer Hub retail open-banking catalog. Access is granted per-customer after an OAuth 2.0 authorization-code consent flow, with production traffic brokered through the Citi sandbox and partner onboarding process. No public OpenAPI or Postman collection is published; documentation is HTML-only on the Citi Partner Portal.
