The Identify response names "Chula Digital Collections", ListSets returns 30 sets including Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations and a dozen university journals, and ListMetadataFormats offers nine prefixes including oai_etdms and oai_openaire. The content, the sets, the DOIs and the collection policy are Chulalongkorn's. The protocol implementation, the platform and the contract are bepress Digital Commons's, now Elsevier's — recorded as a tenant relationship, with the vendor's generic specification deliberately not saved under this institution.
