The university's central data exchange, consolidating and sharing data across departments in two connection modes — batch over SFTP and online over an API. Access is limited to officially assigned university personnel; there is no public sign-up and no public developer documentation. The portal host datagateway.chula.ac.th resolves to 161.200.135.7 but does not answer from outside the campus network, and the service page on www.it.chula.ac.th is intercepted by an Imperva bot challenge on every request. Recorded as an institution-operated surface with no reachable contract — this is the system Chula SSO was originally built for.
