Capital One Real-Time Proactive Prescreen API

The Capital One Real-Time Proactive Prescreen API lets approved partners assess consumer creditworthiness in real time to support targeted, pre-screened credit offers. Partners use it to decide whether and which Capital One offers to present at the moment of interaction. Access is OAuth 2.0 secured through DevExchange, tested in the sandbox and gated behind partner approval for production. The reference material is HTML documentation on the DevExchange portal; Capital One does not publish a downloadable OpenAPI or Swagger definition for the product.
