Campaign Monitor SOAP API (legacy createsend)

Legacy ASP.NET SOAP web service still served at api.createsend.com/api/api.asmx, the same host as the REST v3.3 API. Its WSDL (targetNamespace http://api.createsend.com/api/) declares 50 SOAP operations (plus HTTP GET/POST bindings) for subscribers, lists, clients and campaigns, such as AddSubscriberWithCustomFields, Unsubscribe and GetSubscribers. The current developer docs describe only the REST API; the WSDL is saved verbatim as served.
