Better Auth Library

Core TypeScript library distributed as the `better-auth` npm package. Configured in the application backend to expose sign-in / sign-up / session endpoints that the developer mounts under their own domain; there is no Better-Auth-hosted REST API for the core library. Includes a typed client (`better-auth/client`) for use from frontend code.
