US Core (FHIR Implementation Guide)
US Core is the HL7 FHIR implementation guide that defines the minimum set of resource profiles, data elements, and interactions a US health IT system must support for nationwide interoperability. It constrains base FHIR — which is deliberately flexible — into concrete, required profiles (Patient, Condition, Observation, MedicationRequest, and more) that align with ONC’s USCDI. US Core is what ‘FHIR support’ actually means in the US regulatory context.
Also known as US Core IG, HL7 US Core.
Providers that carry US Core 11
These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry US Core as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.
Read from the API Evangelist standards directory, facts verified 2026-08-17. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
