Limits

Zinnia publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Zinnia enforces rate limits - a 429 RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED response is declared on 18 Market Connect Order Entry responses and named in the platform troubleshooting guide - but publishes no numeric limit anywhere. There is no per-key, per-account or per-endpoint figure, no window, no burst allowance, and no X-RateLimit-* or RFC 9238 RateLimit-* header documented. An integrator can only discover the ceiling by hitting it. Retry-After is the one runtime signal that is documented. Limits are presumably set per partner in the Kong gateway configuration and negotiated commercially.
