Woowup Rate Limits

WoowUp API v3 limits requests per account using a weighted sliding window: time is divided into 30-second segments and the current segment counts 100% while the previous segment is weighted down by elapsed time (weight = 1 - elapsed/30; estimated = previous*weight + current; >= limit gives HTTP 429). The default limit is 140 requests per minute; higher limits are arranged through the account manager or support.
