Whoop Rate Limits

The WHOOP API enforces two concurrent rate limit windows for all API clients: a per-minute limit and a per-day limit. Rate limit status is communicated via standard response headers on every API response. Clients that exceed either limit receive a 429 Too Many Requests HTTP response. Higher limits are available upon request.
