Tuva Health publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
HONEST ZERO. No rate limits are published, and none would be meaningful in the usual sense: Tuva EMPI is customer-deployed software - the customer runs the API container in their own cluster - so throughput is bounded by the deployment the customer chooses, not by a Tuva-operated quota. The published OpenAPI declares no 429 response and no response headers at all, so there is no runtime rate-limit signal for an agent to read. No RateLimits pointer is emitted in apis.yml, because a pointer would assert a rate-limit contract that does not exist.
