Sprinklr Rate Limits

Sprinklr publishes concrete default numeric rate limits and the full response header contract on a dedicated developer-portal page. This supersedes the earlier API Evangelist record, which said Sprinklr published no numbers — that was true of the api-overview page but not of dev.sprinklr.com/sprinklr-api-rate-limiting, which documents a 1,000 requests per hour and 10 requests per second default per API key, the X-RateLimit-* header family, Retry-After, and a separate endpoint-rule header set.

Sprinklr Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Sprinklr on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 2 rate-limit definitions.

Tagged areas include Social Media Management, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Marketing, and Advertising.
