Spectrum Medical publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are published, and there is no public API surface for limits to apply to. Quantum Informatics is an on-premise deployment (customer-supplied Windows Server + SQL Server, three databases per environment, customer-supplied SSL certificate, customer DNS aliases such as QI.yourdomain.com), and its integration path is HL7 v2 messaging through a bundled Mirth Connect engine inside the hospital network. Throughput is therefore a function of the customer's own server sizing, which the system-specifications page describes in hardware terms rather than as an API quota. The only published cadence figure is data logging "on a per second basis" by the VISION server — a collection rate, not a consumer rate limit. limit_count is an honest zero.
