API Key Throttling

All requests are authenticated via HTTP Basic auth using API keys. Rate limiting is applied per API key.

Idempotency Support

The API supports idempotency keys to safely retry requests without duplicate operations.

Error Handling

Standard HTTP status codes are returned. 429 Too Many Requests indicates rate limit has been exceeded.

Prefill Latency

The Bind API prefill endpoint is asynchronous and may take up to 35 seconds to return third-party data. This is not a rate limit but an SLA consideration.
