Policies

Custom Events ingest endpoint (events.regalvoice.com/events) is rate limited to 300 requests per second by default. Higher limits available on request to support@regal.ai.
The Branded Phone Numbers endpoints (POST, PATCH, DELETE) are limited to 10 requests per second per tenant.
The Messages send endpoint is limited to 10 requests per second per tenant.
Management API listing endpoints (businessProfiles, activePhoneNumbers, campaigns, dispositions) share the v1 management surface rate budget.
Reporting Webhook receivers must respond within 5 seconds. There are no automatic retries; non-responding deliveries are dropped.
Endpoint or event filter changes take up to 5 minutes to propagate due to caching.
