Outreach Rate Limits

Published rate limits for the Outreach REST API. Outreach rate-limits primarily on a per-user basis at 10,000 requests per hour, with tighter org-level limits on Kaia recordings/transcripts, a token-minting throttle on the OAuth token endpoint, and a separate annual API-call entitlement attached to each commercial plan (250,000 to 1,000,000 calls depending on tier — see plans/outreach-plans-pricing.yml).

Policies

Backoff strategy
Honor X-RateLimit-Reset / Retry-After before retrying. Outreach reserves the right to adjust API rate limits at any time to safeguard platform performance.
Endpoint-specific rules
Some endpoints (bulk/batch API, Kaia) apply special rules beyond the per-user default.
