Intakeq Rate Limits

IntakeQ publishes a fixed API rate limit that applies across the REST API. The standard subscription includes 10 API requests per minute with a maximum of 500 requests per day. Higher thresholds are available on request / upgrade. Several list endpoints (clients, invoices) additionally cap responses at 100 records per page and require pagination via the `page` parameter to retrieve larger result sets.

Intakeq Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for IntakeQ on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 4 rate-limit definitions, measuring requests and records.

The profile also includes 3 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Practice Management, Health and Wellness, Rate Limiting, and Quotas.

Policies

Backoff Strategy
Clients should stay under 10 requests/minute and 500/day, and back off with retries when a 429 is returned.
Threshold Increases
Accounts needing more throughput can request higher rate-limit thresholds from IntakeQ / PracticeQ support.
Pagination
Use the `page` query parameter to page through large result sets since list endpoints cap at 100 records.
