Ifs Rate Limits

IFS documents NO rate limits for the IFS Cloud OData APIs — no per-key or per-account request ceiling, no window, no burst allowance, and no rate-limit response headers. This is consistent with the deployment model: IFS Cloud runs as a per-customer environment, so throughput is a function of the customer's contracted environment sizing and application server configuration rather than a published multi-tenant quota. The API Usage Policy speaks about appropriate use and performance responsibility, not about numeric limits: it states that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure APIs are used appropriately and that the user has enough knowledge not to cause "process blockages or performance issues".
