Elead Crm Rate Limits

The Elead Vehicle Sales APIs are throttled at the Fortellis gateway. CDK's published connector metadata documents a throttling limit of 100 API calls per connection per 60 seconds for each of the Elead Sales Opportunities, Sales Customers, and Product Reference Data connectors. Additional per-solution or per-dealer quotas may apply under the Fortellis partner agreement but are not publicly documented. The opportunity delta search is bounded to a 7-day lookback window, and search endpoints are paged (page / pageSize).

Clients should implement exponential backoff with jitter and honor Retry-After on 429 responses.
