Delighted Rate Limits

Rate limiting policies for the Delighted REST API. The API uses HTTP 429 status codes to signal rate limit exhaustion and provides a Retry-After header indicating when the client may resume requests. Delighted recommends an exponential backoff strategy starting with a one-second delay and doubling incrementally on each subsequent retry.
