At Bay Rate Limits

At-Bay's developer documentation references a rate-limit section under Support, but does not publish numeric per-second or per-minute caps in public docs. The Partner API is contract-gated and capacity is provisioned per partner. Two operational throttles are documented in the public quickstart: (1) recommended quote polling interval of every 10 seconds against GET /quotes/{quote_identifier}, with typical p90 completion under 40 seconds; and (2) production Broker-of-Record (BOR) clearance which blocks duplicate domains or addresses within a 60-day window.
