Ara Rate Limits

Ara publishes no API documentation of any kind, and therefore publishes no rate limits. The only Ara API host that exists — api.arascreens.com, a Ruby on Rails application on Heroku — answers every route with HTTP Basic authentication (401, WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Application"), so no rate-limit response headers can be observed anonymously either. This is an honest zero, recorded rather than omitted.
